Carmine “Mino” Raiola was born on November 4, 1967 in Nocera Inferiore, Salerno, in Southern Italy. His parents relocated to the Dutch city of Haarlem when he was age one. While in the Netherlands, his father started a restaurant business where Raiola spent his younger years working as a waiter.
