Earl Tywone Stevens Sr professionally known as E-40 is an American rapper, songwriter, and actor. E-40 has an estimated net worth of $10 million. He is a founding member of the rap group “The Click” and the founder of “Sick Wid It Records”. Mr Earl has 28 studio albums to date and has appeared on numerous movie soundtracks.
Relatively unknown in the music industry, however, his 1995 solo album “In a Major Way” shot him to prominence. Earl Tywone Stevens was born on November 15, 1967, in Vallejo, California. Mr Earl and his siblings were raised by a divorced mother who worked three jobs to keep the home. He became interested in hip hop after hearing the song “Rapper’s Delight” by “The Sugarhill Gang”.
He started playing snare and bass drums from fourth grade in school. In 1985, he graduated from James J. Hogan High School in Vallejo.
