In 2010, Caussin was signed as an undrafted free agent for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Throughout his stay with the Jaguars from September 2010 to December 2010, Caussin did not play for the team. He however participated in their training sessions.
By December 2010, Caussin moved to Buffalo Bills, signing off the Jaguars’ practice squad. Caussin stayed with the Bills for three years, from December 1, 2010, to August 14, 2013, when he was waived. Caussin did not play for the Bills though he was a part of their practice sessions. Later Caussin was placed on the Bills’ injured reserve list.
Caussin was re-signed by the Bills on March 11, 2014, then by July 16 of the same year, he was waived again. The Washington Redskins spotted him and signed Caussin on July 21, 2014. Yet in the Redskins, Caussin did not play but he was part of their training sessions. Nearly as quickly as he joined the Redskins, Caussin was placed on the injured reserve on August 24
